• ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel and accessories, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted once production has begun.

• Full payment required to before production begins

• Customer is responsible for design approval, spelling, sizing, and colors.

• No changes once design is approved

• Please allow 7-14 business days for production of custom orders. Times may vary for bulk or speciality items.

• Slight color variations may occur and are not defects

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• Vital Teez Boutique is not responsible for sizing issues once the item is produced.
